The information is used for communicating account opening preparations and appointment services, and does not constitute a formal account opening application to the bank. Before submitting, you must read this policy and explicitly agree to send the consultation information to the company's designated email.

Email Sending and Document Receiving

Forms are sent by the server to Drew@sfc8.com using Tencent Enterprise Email SMTP, with the sender address also being Drew@sfc8.com. If a user provides a valid email, it may be used for replies. Email service and website hosting providers process relevant data to provide technical services; information may be transferred or processed where providers operate. Successful sending only indicates the email service has accepted delivery and does not represent bank acceptance or actual appointment confirmation.

Data Minimization and Security

Do not provide ID numbers, document images, full bank statements, account passwords, SMS verification codes, or payment card details in public consultation forms. If identity or business proof is indeed required later, confirm the necessity, recipient, and secure transmission method with Drew first. Email passwords are only stored in protected server configurations and are not sent to the browser.

Reservation and Your Rights

Inquiry emails are kept in the company's business mailbox for following up on relevant needs and legal records; they are not for permanent public display. Specific retention arrangements are implemented according to business needs and legal liabilities. You may apply to access, correct, or delete the inquiry data you provided, or withdraw consent for subsequent communication through the contact methods above; except for data that must be retained by law.

Access Technology, Third-Party Links, and Communication Channels

The website hosting platform may record necessary access, security, and performance data. This site enables platform access statistics to understand page visits; specific technical processing is governed by the hosting platform's policy. Font services, linked websites, WhatsApp, and WeChat are operated by their respective providers and are subject to their own privacy terms upon opening.
